Efficient Irrigation
Our irrigation systems are fully automated using sprinklers, or spray heads, and designed to provide appropriate coverage while maximizing efficiency. All pop-ups and risers are installed on "swing joints" to help prevent breakage and give flexibility to movement of risers in the planters. Sod and planters areas are designed separately to provide for different watering needs.

Drainage
Is your drainage system ready for the next El Niño? A proper drainage system is the key to protecting your investment in your home. Inadequate or improper grading or drainage can lead to expensive problems down the road. Our drainage systems are constructed using PVC piping with glued joints to deter root penetration which leads to blockage. Drains are spaced adequately in the yard to help prevent excessive water buildup and protect your home.
